Avira proxy and authentication

To get Avira to automatically update it needs to authenticate against the Lucidview cloud solution.

Step 1 - Open network settings

Open the Avira Internet Update Manager and go to the Network options.
In the Proxy server panel tick use server and use authentication.

Step 2 - Set details

Set Address or name of server to "proxy.lucidview.net".
Set Port of server to "443".
Set Login name to your username.
Set Login password to your password.

Avira will now be able to automatically update again.
