Lucidview Username

Your Lucidview username is always your email account with the "@" substituted with a "-"(minus, dash, hyphen).
For example

  • lukasd@lucidview.net is lukasd-lucidview.net
  • username@company.co.za is username-company.co.za

This username must be typed in with your password to authenticate against the Lucidview cloud in order to browse the internet

Lucidview password

You choose your password and you also have the power to reset it whenever you want.
Keep your password safe, regularly change it to keep it safe.
Good password policy dictates choosing a password that is at least 8 characters long, and uses a capital letter, a numerical value, and a special character, such as *,^,% or $.
