Terms & Conditions for Pro Account holders
Invoices are sent on the 1st working day of the month for the previous month’s usage. Payment is due by no later than the 15th day of the month. Accounts will be downgraded if payment is not received.
Only PayPal payments are accepted.
Acceptance of the LucidView Privacy and Fair Use Policy is required for each Enforcer Profile.
LucidView reserves the right to disable a VPN, without notice, if the particular Enforcer profile is negatively impacting LucidView Infrastructure. For example, if the client’s Mikrotik is an open DNS server, allowing for DNS escaption attacks, the account is *disabled, and the client informed and requested to rectify before enabling it again.
*Disabling the account should simply disable the content filter and reporting for the profile, not disconnect the Internet. We recommend that disabling the VPN be tested to ensure it fails over correctly.
