How to Set-Up a VPN on Android OS

Please note:  LucidView can only assist on the server side, on the client side a number of factors may affect your VPN set-up, ranging from your operating system to your Internet service provider.

Please direct all client side queries to your technical staff.

The steps below provide a generalised guideline:

• On your Android device navigate to the “Settings Icon”
• Under “Networks & Wireless”, in some version it may be “Networks & Sharing” look for the “more” option.
• Tap on the “VPN” Option.
• Select the ” + “
• Set a VPN location name as you received in the email from LucidView. Enter the username and password received.
• Connect.
