RouterOS 7 Issue
We have noticed a new issue that specifically affects RouterOS version 7. We’re still investigating how widespread the impact is.
RouterOS has changed its behaviour for the Netflow target. In version 6 using source address 0.0.0.0 implied the interface IP address. At some point in V7 this behaviour changed and the source remains 0.0.0.0 as the packet leaves the interface.
Temporary Fix
The temporary fix for this is to manually enter the lvcloud VPN IP in the src-address field so the source is not rejected by our system. We will let you know once we have released a workaround for this RouterOS anomaly. This IP address can be found bound to the lvcloud VPN interface and is also available on the portal.
