Why do my Enforcer configs disappear when I reboot my MikroTik?
If your MikroTik has a “FLASH” folder, you might find that all your configurations disappear whenever you reboot the MikroTik. The reason for this is that any configs not stored in the “FLASH” folder are only stored in RAM. As a result – every time the MikroTik is rebooted the RAM is cleared and with it your configs.
If you are experiencing this problem with one of your Enforcers, please follow these steps:
- Login to your LucidView MikroTik Portal
- Locate the Enforcer that is affected
- Click the download button on the far right hand side of the Enforcer that is affected.
