For ISPs, WISPs, MSPs & Resellers

Offer the three-in-one MikroTik service under your own domain.

LucidView helps operators sell and support a managed MikroTik internet service: customer policy, router operations, reports, risk visibility and performance support, powered by LucidView and presented under your brand where configured.

One branded service, many customer outcomes.

Operators can package LucidView as a practical managed internet add-on without building the Content Filter, MikroTik Management, reporting and traffic-analysis backend themselves.

Creating an account is free. The public price is $3.84/month per LucidView profile for normal use, excluding tax. Operators can create profiles for different customer environments; white-label setup, commercial terms, SLA requirements and custom retention are agreed where needed.

Branded managed internet

Offer a customer-facing service under your own domain, report identity and brand where configured.

Less routine MikroTik support

Monitor router health, manage DHCP work, queue firmware and reboot jobs, and use guarded remote access when support needs it.

Customer policy from the edge

Give each customer site internet rules that are managed centrally and enforced on the customer's MikroTik.

Reports customers can see

Daily, weekly or monthly reports and Dashboard Views make the service visible after the install work is done.

Bandwidth and cache economics

Help keep DNS on the managed local path and reduce avoidable congestion pressure from heavy traffic.

Self-service where it helps

Expose selected customer actions such as bypass requests or Wi-Fi changes when that reduces tickets instead of adding risk.

One offer to sell and support

Package Internet Management, MikroTik Management, reports, risk visibility and performance support as a single MikroTik-based service.

DNS path and local caches

Keep customer DNS local, fast and under policy.

LucidView has regional POPs in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. On initial install, an Enforcer first connects to red-box.lucidview.net and can land on any POP. Within about 10 minutes, LucidView should move it to the closest/best regional POP for fast DNS.

LucidView can force normal DNS to the managed MikroTik/LucidView path and can block known DNS-over-HTTPS, private DNS and alternate DNS circumvention where configured. That keeps content filtering effective and helps ISPs preserve local CDN cache selection.

LucidView also performs its own classifications using cloud intelligence, DNS metadata, MikroTik Traffic Flow / NetFlow metadata, category data, risk signals and network behaviour. Those classifications power the Firewall Content Filter, reports, Traffic Flow Analyser and effective Behaviour-Based IPS-Style Protection.

This matters commercially: when devices bypass the ISP DNS path with international DoH or external resolvers, platforms such as Google, YouTube and Facebook may select international caches. That can use expensive international bandwidth and produce a worse customer experience than local or regional caches.
