FAQ – How do I remove an Enforcer from my Portal?

Removing an Enforcer from your Portal

Step 1

Login in to your profile

Step 2

Click on “View All” under Enforcer Count.  

Step 3

Choose the Enforcer you would like to remove and click on the magnifying glass under the heading “Edit Config”.

Step 4

At the bottom click on “Disable Device” Then Disable again

Step 5

You will be returned back to the Viewing all Enforcers page.

Step 6

Click on the magnifying glass under “Edit Config” 

Step 7

At the bottom click on “Delete” Then Delete again 

Your Enforcer should now be removed from your portal.
